However, we would not expect it to be a miracle cure for stress or anxiety. Some other pros are 1) Easy to use, 2) Lightweight and comfortable to wear, 3) Seems to be effective at reducing stress, and 4) Variety of settings to choose from. The calming sounds may not be everyone's cup of tea, but overall, we think the Apollo Vibes is a good product for people who are looking for a way to relax and reduce stress and be happier and healthier generally.
